That incredible fresh bread, stuffed with the best-of-the-best ingredients: crispy bacon rashers, juicy sausages, fluffy eggs, black and white pudding, and all the sauces and extras that make them legendary. We started at Jackie’s for her mum’s proper traditional Irish Coddle, then went head-to-head at Declan & Doals, The Rite Bite, Pips, and Mrs Reid’s, all battling for breakfast roll supremacy. Which Dublin spot makes the ultimate roll?
