Could we see 14-year-olds driving on Ireland’s roads in the future?
Local representatives in Cork are calling for the introduction of legislation for electric quadricycles, or ‘Microcars’. It is proposed that the vehicles, which are limited to 45 km/h, could be used by teenagers as young as 14. Credit to : Irish Independent
