Two hurricanes are currently active in the western Atlantic, and both are expected to impact the weather in the UK over the coming week.
These systems may still move track as compared to this weather model run.
Hurricane Humberto is notably positioned near another storm, Hurricane Imelda, and together they are projected to move eastward across the Atlantic Ocean. While the UK will not experience the hurricanes directly, the remnants of these storms could lead to significant weather disturbances, including strong winds and heavy rainfall, particularly over the weekend and potentially extending into the following week.
