• Animal Welfare and Stouts Law needs to happen to strengthen the laws particularly around the breeding of Dogs as Ireland has the unenviable reputation of being Puppy Farm Capital of Ireland.

• Housing the biggest issue which impacting across Ireland

• End Discrimination In Inheritance Tax (Edit) campaign to reform Inheritance Tax in Ireland.

– The Defence Forces request to Wexford County Council about harmonising the bye laws of New Ross Port in Wexford to allow the Defence Forces transport munitions.

• The new changes to vacant site levy which will become a derelict site tax which will be collected by the revenue commissioners next year 2026, and could this lessen funding for housing and regeneration schemes.

-Community Gains Fund which is in place for Communities that may be impacted by the installation of Wind Turbines, and that funds in need to be put back into the community in a meaningful way.

– How in Urban Areas like Dublin: Drones are being used a Delivery Drones for fast food etc are becoming a new problem a privacy issues that come attached with that.

– Housing Allocation policy’s that can hit animal owners unfairly when it comes to Local Authority Housing.

– The need to develop more community sporting facilities to meet growing demand and how it can help tackle anti social behaviour.

– The question of do we forward plan enough in Ireland and how town centres have changed massively over the last number of years.

– The subject of Water Infrastructure comes up again as if these these is not addressed many rural towns and Villages will not be able to survive
