Donnacha Ó Beacháin points to a speech President Zelenskyy did where he references an eight-year-old girl who had died of dehydration after her mother had passed away.<br /> <br /> Officially Russia is offering corridors of safe passage. However, as Donnacha claims, the water and electricity have been cut off in an “old fashioned siege” of starving the Ukrainian citizens. He states that Russia is using war crimes “as a strategy.”<br /> <br /> Ireland is due to take in 80,000 – 100,000 refugees into the country.
