Buying a house does not have to be over complicated, Its important to focus on what you can control. Dont try and over complicate things by trying to learn everything about buying a house. By trying to learning everything, you are putting roadblocks up in front of yourself, you are likely going to delay the process and while you are trying to learn everything market will likely increase in value.
