An auditor films outside Irish town Garda Station from a public footpath. Within minutes he’s surrounded by officers who can’t agree on what law he’s breaking. One claims filming is illegal. Another says private vehicles can’t be filmed. A third asks if he entered the country illegally. They try Section 8 without grounds. They stand uncomfortably close making comments about his phone. None of it works. The auditor knows his rights and doesn’t budge.
