BREAKING: Sinn Féin TD challenged at United Ireland event in Ballina, Co. Mayo Rose Conway Walsh TD is one of Enoch Burke’s local elected representatives in County Mayo. Last week she announced she was “really looking forward” to Mayo Pride (LGBTQ+) and urged her constituents to “build a country that is inclusive for everyone.” She has never contacted Enoch Burke or his family. The Irish Government has now raided over €50,000 from Enoch Burke’s bank account after he spent over 500 days in prison. In 2022 Enoch Burke was suspended from his teaching post at Wilson’s Hospital School and jailed after he refused to address a young male student with the “they” pronoun. Credit to : Josiah Burke
