A large sand artwork, protesting against the visit of US President Donald Trump to Ireland, has appeared on a beach in Dublin Bay.
The words ‘NO KINGS – GAZA IRAN ICE’ were carved into the sand by the campaigning organisation Uplift.
Executive Director of Uplift, Siobhán O’Donoghue, said: “We want to send a message to Trump that he is not welcome here in Ireland.”
“Just as our message will be washed away by the tide, so too will Trump and his regime be washed away by the power of ordinary people, protecting each other and organising together.”
