The Government’s new National Housing Plan is set to be published tomorrow and seeks to deliver 300,000 homes, including 90,000 starter homes.
Minister for Housing James Browne has said that he believes the measures will reduce homelessness.
However, opposition parties are sceptical the new plan will be the radical response which is required.
