Holly Cairns has hit out at the organisers of the Citywest riot that took place on Tuesday night and commended members of An Garda Síochána for bringing it under control.
A protest had been organised following the alleged sexual assault of a 10-year-old girl on the grounds of the IPAS centre in Citywest in the early hours of Monday morning. The Social Democrats leader has said that the rioting was ‘organised by far-right actors online.’
