House builder told Taoiseach more than 305,000 homes can be delivered between now and 2030

House builder Cairn has said €147bn is needed if Government housing targets are to be met by the end of 2030. The developer provided a detailed plan on how 300,000 homes can be delivered, adding that there needs to be an immediate focus on activating infrastructure, unlocking land and supporting builders.
