We joined the Dublin Bus Safer Journeys Team to find out
It’s just before 8pm on a Thursday when I meet Ciaran Hempenstall at the bottom of Camden Street. Wearing stab vests and discreet body-worn cameras, Ciaran and his three colleagues are part of the Dublin Bus Safer Journeys Team.
