I challenged Dublin’s Luas (tram) to a head-to-head race from Connolly Station to Heuston — 3 kilometres straight through the heart of the city. 🚋 vs 🏃 Who’s faster: public transport or pure leg power?
This was chaos: traffic lights, tourists, Garda vans, empty platforms, and my heart rate blasting past 190 bpm. I even managed to overtake another Luas along the way… but could I get the hat-trick?
This wasn’t just a jog — I treated it like a proper race. Man vs machine. West of Ireland grit vs Dublin steel. And let me tell you… the craic was mighty.
👉 Stick around to see if I could outrun “speed” itself (yep, luas literally means “speed” in Irish).
