Child Injured</h2> <p> A man was declared dead at the scene of a shooting last night following the incident at the Fairgreen Shopping Centre in Carlow.</p> <p>A nine-year-old child also suffered a leg injury.</p> <p>Gardaí were alerted to reports of shots being fired shortly after 6pm.
