Children are being trafficked all across Ireland! Ireland doesn’t just have a policy problem. It has a courage problem.
There are many serious issues facing this country, but one of the biggest is the absence of people willing to stand firm when it matters most.
Too often, individuals who are in positions to expose wrongdoing or speak up for the vulnerable stay silent when they face pressure. The moment their career, reputation, finances, or personal security are put at risk, many choose to step back.
Meanwhile, vulnerable children, vulnerable women, and vulnerable people continue to suffer.
This isn’t about attacking any one group or ignoring other issues like immigration. It’s about asking a simple question:
Who is willing to do the right thing when it comes at a personal cost?
Real leadership isn’t measured when it’s comfortable. It’s measured when there’s something to lose.
If we want Ireland to change, we need more people with the courage to stand for truth, protect the vulnerable, and refuse to be intimidated into silence.
Silence protects problems. Courage creates change.
