Part 2 – High Court Update (2025)
In today’s update, I cover the next stage in my constitutional case after the Irish Government, the Tánaiste, and the relevant State bodies failed to appear by the required deadline in the High Court.
All parties were properly served, with affidavits of service already completed. Despite this, no appearance has been entered, meaning the case now moves forward based on the law, the filings, and the constitutional issues raised.
