Irish Journalist threatened with Arrest, has Phone Seized while Streaming Live in Dublin

IRELAND – Independent journalist Philip Dwyer was approached by Gardaí while live streaming in public, outside Cirtwest Asylum Hub in Dublin. They threatened to arrest him if he didn’t immediately surrender his phone.
