Irish town residents take to streets following rise in knife crime and antisocial behaviour
A second peaceful town assembly has been called by concerned residents of Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, Ireland for Friday 2nd May at 7.00pm. Increasing levels of antisocial behaviour and intimidation are being reported with a Romanian man being arrested after brandishing a knife in public and “terrifying” residents.
