A recent video has emerged in Ireland purporting to be from a new dissident Militant group calling itself the ICA , Irish Citizen Army. Is this a new and dangerous escalation of Ireland’s anti Immigration movement ? Or a very clever attempt by the powers that be to discredit the Nationalist movement ??
