MAJOR flood declared as The River Slaney burst its banks

The River Slaney has burst its banks in Enniscorthy, Co Wexford, as Storm Chandra continues to rip into the island of Ireland, bringing with it heavy rainfall and fierce winds. The country remains under a Status Yellow wind warning.
