Sinn Féin leader Mary Lou McDonald hit out at the government once again today for the handling of the Harvey Morrison Sherratt case and other cases of children suffering from spina bifida and scoliosis awaiting spinal surgeries. Speaking during Leaders’ Questions in the Dáil, McDonald insisted a statutory inquiry was needed on the matter to which Taoiseach Micheál Martin agreed.
