More than half want Taoiseach Michéal Martin to stand down as Fianna Fail leader, poll shows

The public has handed Taoiseach Micheál Martin a vote of no confidence, with more than half believing he should step down as Fianna Fáil leader as the backlash against the Coalition grows.
The findings from the latest Sunday Independent/Ireland Thinks poll show that both the Taoiseach and Tánaiste Simon Harris have seen their own approval ratings slump to their lowest level since the Coalition was formed in January.
