Moves afoot to increase the €2,000 limit for taking dispute to the Small Claims Court

Moves are under way to increase the limit on claims that can be made in the small claims court.

The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) has repeatedly called for the current €2,000 limit for claims before the court to be raised.
