“Radical Islam” a major threat, says Garda Commissioner

Newly-appointed Garda Commissioner Justin Kelly has said that he doesn’t want to focus exclusively on “far-right” extremism, arguing that there is violent political extremism “on all sides of the [political] spectrum”. He also says he is concerned about the rise of “radical Islam”.
