By the government’s own figures.I’m not asking for a wall through this island — God knows we’ve had enough of those. The open border was never the problem. It worked for thirty years, because they did their job everywhere else. Then they stopped. They gutted every check that wasn’t a watchtower, and now they point at the one border we all cherish and shrug — “well, what can we do?”Don’t you let them. The door isn’t the betrayal.
