For generations, Bull McCabe’s family has worked the same patch of land, pouring their blood, sweat, and tears into the soil. When the widow who owns the field decides to auction it off, Bull sees it as his last chance to secure the legacy of his family’s farm. But just as it seems the field will stay in McCabe hands, an ambitious American with a fortune to burn enters the scene, determined to buy it for a highway project. Unwilling to let go of the land, Bull and his son take matters into their own hands, planning to scare the American into giving up the bid—only to find themselves in a deadly game where everything they hold dear is on the line.
