This video is about the popular breeds of horse used for many equestrian competitions in Ireland today, including the show profiled here; the Kildare performance hunter show ( which occurs yearly, normally on the last weekend in March).
This video is not exhaustive of all breeds in Ireland but profiles the following breeds; Kerry bog pony, Connemara pony, Irish draught, Thoroughbred, Irish sports horse, Traditional Irish Horse and “white” book horses. This video was originally posted to social media in a series of shorter videos, with reference to advertisers & sponsors etc. but have now been edited into a continuous video here. This means some continuity has been lost and owing to the pin money Youtube offers, I sadly haven’t the motivation to rework the content.
