Following this years TUI conference, a Cork-based teacher, Stephen Lynch, wrote an open letter to the organisers of the conference expressing a number of concerns with regard to the conference being “hijacked” as he described it, by the Far Left, to the detriment of what should have been the core business of the conference. We talk to Stephen to try to get behind the concerns he raised in order to understand them better, and consider how the Far Left appears to have a disproportionate sway in influencing education in this country at all levels.
