We ran a real-life Dragons Den for young Irish entrepreneurs who applied for the @Hatch105 internship.
The brief: build a tool for Shopify merchants that can actually make money, then pitch it to three founders who’ve built and sold companies worth millions.
The judges: Charlie Gleeson (ex-founder, Zipp), Andy Pierce (ex-founder, Locker), and Jack Pierce (ex-founder, Wayflyer and now HappyStack) who argued for thirty straight minutes over who to crown the winner, this is a masterclass in what AI-native builders can pull off in a single afternoon.
