Ireland has stood out in Europe for being one of the strongest supporters of the Palestine. Their history of famine and colonisation informs their passion and connection to the cause.
We travelled to a Palestinian cafe in Cork, known locally for its delicious Middle Eastern cuisine and since Israel’s genocide, has become a hub for activists and campaigners.
Keith who has been serving customers for over three years, told us how working with colleagues from Gaza opened his eyes to the extent of the suffering.
