Why Worth Will Matter More Than Value (Next 10 Years)

In this video, I explore the difference between worth and value—and why I believe this will become one of the most important shifts over the next 10 years.

For the last 30–40 years, everything has been driven by value.
What you earn, what you produce, what something is worth in the market.

But value isn’t the same as worth.

A house can have a market value… but mean something completely different to the person living in it.
Time with your family has almost no market value… but infinite worth.

And I think we’re starting to see a shift.

From farmers refusing to sell land for millions…
to people holding onto homes they can’t replace…
more and more people are beginning to choose worth over value.

In a world driven by economics, markets, and money…
this could change how we think about housing, investing, and life itself.
