One of Irelands many lakes located in the heart of Ireland
Lough Owel is a mesotrophic Lough in the Midlands of Ireland, situated in the north of Mullingar in the county town of Westmeath. It has a maximum depth of 22metres with an area of 10.31km². This is a great spot for a swim and has a concrete jetty leading out to a diving board giving you access to the cool and clear water.
