Motion of no Confidence in the Government

Sinn Fein have confirmed they’re going to lodge a motion of no confidence in the government this week.

 

Sinn Fein leader, Mary Lou McDonald joins The Hard Shoulder to discuss this, Leo Varadkar being cleared of any criminal wrongdoing, and the resignation of Boris Johnson.

 

Sinn Féin has confirmed that it will table a motion of no confidence in the Government.

 
It comes after the government lost its overall majority in the House this week, when Donegal TD Joe McHugh’s voted against the mica redress scheme.

 

On Newstalk Breakfast this morning, Sinn Féin agriculture spokesman Matt Carthy said the motion of no confidence will be debated next week.
