Beleaguered National Broadcaster
Last week saw staff at RTE, the beleaguered national broadcaster, refuse proposed pay cuts. The proposal would have seen those earning between €40,000 to €160,000 receive cuts ranging from 3.5 per cent to 5.35 per cent.
