Robbed €18m from the Banks
Struck-off ex-solicitor and property developer Michael Lynn was this week sentenced to five and a half years in prison for stealing €18m from six financial institutions. Lynn obtained multiple mortgages on the same properties in a situation where banks were unaware that other institutions were also providing finance.
