The Political Language Of Immigration in Ireland

Today I take a look at the importance of language when discussing important issues, and in particular the language used by our politicians and media when talking about our immigration policies here in Ireland, and the way they use that language to stifle discussion and even observations.
I take a look at some of the arguments made by our government and others, and the emotive language that is often used to shut down dissenting opinions. And with the likes of Leo Varadkar and Heather Humphreys in government, well, we have a lot to talk about!
