Clamp down on Litter Offences
The Irish Times has reported that Dublin City Council’s litter wardens have been subjected to serious assaults when trying to issue fines to offenders. Shane Coleman thinks a ‘name and shame’ campaign would be the best way to clamp down on litter offences. Do you agree?
